We are talking about \u20ac1,960 per square meter and this translates into a clear increase over last year. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">After carrying out a study of the provinces with the highest sales prices, we recognize Murcia and Lleida as the two provinces most affected by this increase. Meanwhile, Teruel and Ourense show a drop in prices. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">In Spain, the latest average price per square meter was 1,960 euros, resulting in an overall increase of 8%.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">If we go into the autonomous communities, we see that there has also been a strong increase with respect to the previous year. The community of Madrid shows an increase of 1.6% compared to Murcia with 4.4%.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">The average price per square meter places the Balearic Islands as the most expensive autonomy, with 3,703 \u20ac\/m together with the Community of Madrid with approximately 3,176 \u20ac\/m.
